Paris (22 Nov. 2021) – Leading Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) software provider Sciforma today announced that Cedric Fiederer was appointed as Chief Customer Success Officer (CCO). He will be in charge of Customer Success, Customer Support, and Professional Services for both Sciforma and One2team.
With over 20 years of software and customer experience, including 12 years delivering results for One2Team customers, Fiederer will leverage his customer-centric approach to business to bring valuable experiences to the combined team.

Reporting to Braun directly, Fiederer will replace Fabien Herelle, who is leaving the company to pursue other interests.
