These needs for specific configurations will be transformed into “User Stories” that aim to emphasize the narrative aspect and the non-technical viewpoint of end-users or decision-makers. The customization and implementation of these User Stories is carried out using an incremental, iterative method, with delivery of mockups and User Acceptance Testing.

Your Sciforma Account Manager (AM) is your change management partner. They will meet with you on a regular basis to help you define what successful adoption of your new PPM tool will look like, develop a roadmap with 3-, 6-, 9-, 12-months milestones for achieving that vision, and provide support and guidance along the way.
They will touch base regularly to monitor your progress, discuss challenges and opportunities, and ensure your adoption of Sciforma is progressing according to plan.
Sciforma also provides role-based, focused training sessions mixing theoretical concepts and practical applications to educate Admins, end-users and senior stakeholders on best practices to help them unlock the value of their Sciforma.
